On September 15,2025, under a crisp autumn sky, Fasibang (Shantou City Exhibition Hall) celebrated its grand opening with a vibrant gathering of guests. The event, accompanied by the rhythmic beats of gongs and drums and adorned with floral displays, marked a significant milestone in Fasibang’s development journey, showcasing its latest eco-friendly printing innovations.
Established in 1995, Guangdong Fasibang Intelligent Technology Industry Co., Ltd. has grown over three decades from its original name Shantou Simapu Shanzhang Machinery Factory to its current brand Guangdong Fasibang in 2010. At this event, Fasibang showcased two specialized devices for express packaging: the Electronic Axis 1400 two-color 400m/min ink-based eco-friendly high-speed rotogravure printer and UV134 Label Inkjet Printer

The electronic shaft high-speed printing machine showcased in this demonstration employs water-based ink printing technology, achieving a maximum speed of 400 meters per minute. The equipment operates smoothly with precise registration. It is versatile for packaging various items including seafood bags, vest bags, tableware bags, bread bags, courier bags, advertising bags, market bags, clothing bags, zipper bags, string bags, bubble wrap, small-volume composite bags, hardware bags, bulk materials, and blown film materials.
This equipment demonstrates water-based ink printing on PE high-speed courier bags, achieving a maximum speed of 400 meters per minute. Its key advantages include:
1. The equipment uses an electronic shaft drive system, and the reel is loaded and unloaded without shaft, which is convenient and time-saving.
2. The reel can be extended or retracted to a diameter of 800mm, with both operations performed on the same side. Operators can control the entire machine simply by standing at the head, ensuring effortless operation.
3. The heavy-duty knife holder with pneumatic backpressure and mobile scraper ensures a more stable printing process.
4. The printing color group is equipped with reverse printing structure and automatic front-back switching. It features stable tension and high color registration accuracy.
5. The printing roller and traction roller are controlled by pneumatic elements, and the function of adjusting the thickness of the material is also controlled by pneumatic elements. The transmission is by electronic shaft, with small error and high sensitivity of control.
6. The uncoiling and material discharge are controlled by automatic tension, while the feeding is servo-controlled, ensuring simple operation and high precision.
7. Equipped with an infrared sealed drying chamber, it is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, designed for high-speed water-based ink printing.

UV134 Label Inkjet Printer
Fasibang also unveiled its newly upgraded UV134 Label Inkjet Printer This device requires no plate-making, supports multiple materials, and achieves a maximum printing speed of 300 bags per minute. With a coding cost of just 0.01 yuan per bag, it offers high efficiency, low cost, and broad compatibility.
When the inkjet printer is turned on, the system automatically enters the preheating mode, raising the ink and nozzle temperature to the preset level. This enhances ink atomization and adhesion, ensuring a 'no ink dripping after printing' effect.
As the equipment demonstration concluded, Fasibang presented a vibrant Yingge dance performance with distinct Chaoshan characteristics. Dozens of performers, dressed in traditional attire and wearing facial makeup, held Yingge sticks and danced in formation to the rhythmic and powerful beats of gongs and drums.
