Electronic Shaft Unit Type Rotogravure Printing Machine

The whole machine is combined type that can be increased or reduced according to user requirements.

1. Printing material: OPP/BOPP/CPP/PET/PE/PVC and rolled paper, etc.

2. Machine printing speed: 300-500 meters/minute.

3. The main machine adopts: servo motor drive.

4. Rotogravure cylinder loading: shafless gravure cylinder loading.(equipped with a pre-registration system for quick alignment and registration printing).

5. Transmission: Each color servo motor independent drive(electronic shaft).

6. Rewinding and unwinding traction adopts: Servo motor full automatically tension control.

7. Rewinding and unwinding adopt: dual-station high-speed non-stop automatic splicing and roll changing, servo motor drive, material change warning, shafless pneumatic top-loading and unloading for quick replacement and precise centering, rotary arm automatically flips and positions during splicing, and the cutter frame has a reset function in case of emergency.

8. The four-section closed-loop tension system, motion control, and servo drive control are centrally managed by a PLC.

9. Heating method: new type of wind reduction and concentration-enhancing heating system with  secondary air recirculation for heat energy utilization and automatic constant temperature control.

10. Use high-speed photography to monitor quality.

11. Each group of printing is independent.

12. Rewinding and unwinding diameter: 800mm.

13. Color Regjister adopts: automatic color register system, color registration accuracy≤0.1mm.

14. The dual unwinding shats are independently controlled and driven by two servo motors, with active dual-shaft unwinding regulated by vector frequency control.

15. The inking device adopts: drop roller, reducing ink splashing.

16. Widely used in: food packaging,daily chemical packaging, labels, pharmaceutical packaging, aluminum  foil,etc.
