1. The machine is added with reverse printing structure: automatically change front and backside.  

2. The main machine adopts: servo motor drive.

3. Gravure  cylinderloading: shafless  automaticly  gravure  cyinder  loading, which  is  specialfor  plastic  clothes  bags, express  bags, industrial bags. (Suitable for long and short cylinder, no need to change plug).

4. Transmission: Each color servo motor independent drive(electronic shaft).

5. Rewinding and unwinding traction adopts: Servo motor full automatically tension control.

6. Rewinding and unwinding adopts: servo motor drive. Alarm, slow down and stop when changing material. Shaftless automatic loading and unloading materials, hydraulic lifting materials, ultrasonic correction left and right tracking system.

7. The loading position is equipped with the function of expanding the material, so that the suspended material can reach 300-500m/min (the material longer than the cylinder)

8. Printing-traction rller adopts: pneumatic component control. It can adjust rubber roller edge warping due to the uneven material.

9. Tool holder: Heavy duty tool rest pneumatic back pressure moble scraper. (The tool holder isifted by electric button)(double scraper can be hidden) double-sided printing one-button switch, which is convenient and time-saving.

10. Dryer: infrared sealed dryer(pure water-based ink 300-500m/min)environmental protection energy saving.

11. Use high-speed photography to monitor quality.

12. Each group of printing is independent(can change the cylinder perimeter)

13. Rewinding and unwinding diameter: 800mm

14. Rewinding and unwinding adopt: automatic material transfer, convenient and time saving.

15. Color Regjister adopts: semi-automatic cross register system and fsb¹.0 (no mark line printing-double sided printing) automatic color register system.

16. With double layer material air removal function, reduce waste, color register is stable.

17. The inking device adopts: drop rller, which can realze double-sided printing ink delivery (this design greatly improves the operating space of ink delivery) sealed circulation ink

18. Color group cooling: cold air, cooling roller combination.

19. Rewinding with slitting make 1 material out to 2 material.

20. Rewinding have cooling device (when water-based ink printing can prevent material stick.)
