    Configuration

    The whole machine is combined type that can be increased or reduced according to user requirements.

    • 1 Reverse Printing Structure: Automatically change front and back side.
    • 2 Main Machine Drive: Servo motor drive.
    • 3 Gravure Cylinder Loading: Shaftless automatically gravure cylinder loading, special for plastic clothes bags, express bags, industrial bags. (Suitable for long and short cylinder, no need to change plug)
    • 4 Transmission: Each color servo motor independent drive (electronic shaft).
    • 5 Rewinding & Unwinding Traction: Servo motor full automatically tension control.
    • 6 Unwinding & Rewinding System: Automatic material splicing with a lifting platform for loading and unloading, making operation convenient and effortless.
    • 7 The loading position is equipped with the function of expanding the material, so that the suspended material can reach 300–500 m/min (the material longer than the cylinder).
    • 8 Printing-Traction Roller: Pneumatic component control. It can adjust rubber roller edge warping due to the uneven material.
    • 9 Tool Holder: Heavy duty tool rest pneumatic back pressure mobile scraper. (Lifted by electric button) (Double scraper can be hidden) Double-sided printing one-button switch — convenient and time-saving.
    • 10 Dryer: Infrared sealed dryer (pure water-based ink, 300–500 m/min) — environmental protection & energy saving.
