Central Impression (Central Drum) Flexographic Printing Machine

The whole machine is combined type that can be increased or reduced according to user requirements.

1. Printing material: PP/BOPP/PE/PVC/PET/NON-WOVEN and PAPER,etc.

3. Central impression(central drum): core component, all printing units are arranged around the  central drum to ensure multi-color overprinting under the tension control, improving printing accuracy and stability.

4. Servo Drive System: servo motor+gear drive for precise synchronization control, improving printing accuracy and reducing transmission errors, suitable for packaging printing.

5. Registration System: automatic correction technology to ensure the accuracy of printing registration,reducing waste and improving production efficiency.

6. Ink Supply System: equipped with a chamber doctor blade system to prevent ink evaporation,ensuring printing stability.

7. Anilox Roller: uses high-precision ceramic anilox rollers to control ink transfer volume, improving color consistency and meeting various printing needs.

8. Automatic Tension Control: Uses fully automatic closed-loop tension control to prevent material deformation or stretching during high-speed printing, improving print quality.

9. Drying Method: recirculating hot air oven design for energy efficiency and high performance, top main oven adopt frequency conversion control, automatically adjust the air flow and temperature energy saving, convenient.

10. Cooling chiller system: central drum double wallassort with the chiller, the water running and recycle inside of the central drum, and keep the surface temperature 30℃ .

11. Electric Printing Unit: Electric rapid registration, electric operation, and quick repositioning after plate change to reduce downtime.

12. Use high-speed photography to monitor quality.
